Zoe Taylor is a 24-year-old queer Australian actor devoted to authentic and intimate storytelling. Zoe’s commitment to performing arts also extends into her beginner studies as an intimacy coordination.
Since the age of fifteen Zoe has taken classes under Brett Archer, who recommended her to study at Howard Fine Acting Studio in Melbourne. Zoe studied for three additional years at AC Arts, receiving an Advanced Diploma of Performing Arts Drama; graduating in the class of 2024. She is now being mentored by Ashton Malcolm.
While studying, Zoe starred in SASA nominated short film Chatworld Forvever (Kirrily Snape/ Tasman Colquist), a Shudder original feature film Satranic Panic (Alice Maio McKay), Fall (Pistol Shrimp), Omilteme (Pistol Shrimp), and Dinner Party with ADAMO (commercial).
Since graduating, Zoe has made strides internationally with the 48 Hour Film This Is Fine. (CRAM Collective) which was screened at Cannes Film Festival’s SFC after winning best writing and runner-up best film at Filmapalooza in Seattle. She has also performed in Health Partner’s TVC as a footy player, Fighouse x Effie Isobel’s Moon Made, Ivan Krupenikov’s Untitled music video on 16mm and was an extra and voice over artist on Sophie Hyde’s Jimpa.
Zoe debuted as an intimacy coordinator on Alice Mckay’s The Serpent’s Skin, which is set to be released late 2025. She is the grant recipient of CreateSA’s professional development covering her SAG AFTRA study and accreditation as an intimacy professional.
After exploring powerful theatre antagonists such as Lady Macbeth and Marie Woyzeck at Adelaide College of the Arts, Zoe understudied Luca Sardelis in CRAM’s EDGE, performing The Fish Rots From the Head (2024) and was the creative collaborator of Connor Reidy in the sell-out extended season of FAG/STAG (CRAM).
Zoe lives in Adelaide but has home-bases in Melbourne, Sydney and Hobart.
